Girish is a chef at Cottabetta, the 120 year old bungalow (a TATA group enterprise), set amidst coffee plantation in Polibetta, Coorg. He prepared ‘Yusuli’ for us, a simple dish of sauteed beans. Although the origins of the recipe is debatable, the beans were still delicate and delectable.
