Jyothy Karat is an editorial photographer based out of Bangalore, India. After working with AOL for more than two years as a photo editor, she now freelances as a photographer specializing in travel and portraiture.
In 2009, Jyothy was selected for the Angkor Photo Workshop in Siem Reap, Cambodia as one of the 29 emerging photographers from Asia.
She is a contributor to Barcroft Media (UK) and is a member of Babel Images, an international collective of documentary photographers.
Besides shooting assignments, Jyothy is also available for editing commercial and editorial projects.
